Remember if it does work to BACKUP YOUR EFS to avoid future issues. I don't know if you can flash the KDZ directly bypassing Step4 because this is not something i would want to repeat for the sake of simplifying the guide. Step 5: I then downloaded the KDZ with a newer F240L10Z and flashed using LG FlashTools after rebooting my signal was back. I downloaded the TOT+DLL (F240LAT-V10K) for my phone from here I flashed it to my phone but the signal never got restored. Step 4: Here is where it gets tricky because I don't kno if you can skip this step and go to the next, but i'll throw it in anyway as this is how I did it. Step 3: I opened the DFS CDMA TOOL program and copied all the info i had previously wrote down on paper back to the phone in the order i had fond it. Software package DFS is fully automated and does not require deep knowledge of CDMA technology for working with equipment. Step 2: I rebooted in recovery and flashed the Zeroed out EFS from the guide based on the Optimus G here. DFS is professional software that allows working with equipment of standard CDMA with different level of complexity. Step 1: I connected my phone to DFS CDMA TOOL and wrote down all the information displayed on the page that shows IMEI and various other data (sorry for not being specific don't have the software installed on my computer anymore.) To restore my IMEI after getting my EFS corrupted. Remember the file is Zeroed out so you will fill it with data from your current phone through DFS CDMA TOOL.Īs for a guide i can't make it anymore clear, because that's how i did it. The Optimus G EFS is compatible with G Pro, i know because it worked for me.
